I wanted the two blinds I had ordered to arrive quickly, so I followed up my online order with a request via email that they be produced and dispatched as soon as possible! I received a prompt response saying that they would do their best, and the blinds arrived at my home in 2 working days which was great.

I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! Brilliant service from ordering to receiving the blind. I doubted the colour of the blind, so I called and spoke to customer services who were super helpful and sent out samples. I then sent an email saying I was happy with the colour - the order came out a few days later and the blind is up! Clear instructions on how to fit. Definitely recommended.
