We ordered 3 blinds, all excellent, delivered in the timescale. I am impressed in particular with the 2500mm blind which is difficult to source. The material is as shown on the webpage and is what we wanted. There's a superb range of options. Edges are perfectly cut and no fraying anywhere. Good communication from the company too. I will buy more when I need them.
Excellent service. I wanted a pelmet wider than the blind, and an additional pelmet for an existing blind. English Blinds arranged both with no hassle. Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
