BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. Ours was a relatively simple order for two roller blinds, but the measuring and ordering process was easy to follow and complete. Confirmation e-mails with expected timescales were helpful and our blinds arrived in perfect condition three days later. They also fit perfectly and look fabulous so we're very pleased!
Very pleased with the service and quality of my roller blind. I sent for 5 samples initially and that was a good help in deciding what to choose as they were a very good size. Initially found English Blinds via Google. Requested a couple of samples which were received quickly, and the ordering of the actual blind was very simple. Delivery was made within a week and I have found the quality to be very good.
