Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.

Great quality and great customer service. I called and was put straight through, with no waiting times. The blind was easy to put up, with clear instructions.
