Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.

Fit well to my measurements. The time to get sent out to me was reasonably accurate to the delivery window. The quality of blinds and gearing is very good and feels robust. Fitting instructions are very well written and laid out, but it is quite obvious without them.

Ordering was straightforward, delivery good, packaging robust, fitting instructions clear and easy to install. Looks great and is easy to use.
