My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. Very pleased with our two blinds. As an aside, although we received a dispatch email on Friday, we didn't receive an email with tracking information. However, this didn't matter as the blinds arrived early on Monday morning. We would recommend English Blinds.
