Bought one pair of made-to-measure black wooden blinds. The delivery was swift and the communication was second to none. The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. The Blind samples were easy to order and came quickly. The order arrived very quickly and looks good but still not put up yet due to bathroom refurbishment delays. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the product and the responsiveness of English Blinds when I realised I hadn't specified the metal chain. All arrived beautifully packaged with the metal chain! Making sure your measurements are right is essential as they fit perfectly. So measure twice!
