The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. The whole process was really simple. We first ordered a few samples then when we had decided on the fabric measured the windows, submitted the measurements and waited! The blinds arrived within a few days of ordering them. Easy to fit and now gracing our bathroom, they look great.
