Found the process easy to follow, especially when we read the measuring instructions. Quick and efficient following receipt of my order. I first ordered a sample which arrived in a few days the colours were as illustrated online. The order took just a few days and am delighted with the blinds.

The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.

The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
