Very helpful telephone assistance prior to purchase ensured that when the blinds arrived they were absolutely perfect! The quality of the product is excellent and has transformed the room. I was also really impressed with the speed with which the blinds were made and delivered. I would definitely recommend this company for quality, value for money and speed.
We ordered a sample of the blind we wanted which arrived within 24 hours. We then measured the blind according to the website instructions which were very easy to follow. A lovely blind and so pleased that the colour was the same as in the picture. Excellent service.
I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.
Arrived very quickly - well-made and helpful customer service. Would buy from them again.
