I would also like to say, that when I had a stupid moment and ordered the blind again, one of the sales team rang me, to see if I did want 2 blinds or if it was a mistake. Have used English Blinds twice now for blackout and roller blinds. The sample service always delivers promptly and the products are very good quality and well made. One blind was damaged in transit but they have dealt with the issue promptly and professionally.
