Absolutely brilliant customer service. The price was best - especially with their summer discount code. The blinds (approx. £300 worth in total) I received were absolutely top quality. I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant. I have two more windows in the future that'll need blinds. I won't even bother comparing the prices of other options. One of the best all-round experiences I've received!
Excellent service and excellent blinds. We have had a waterproof blind for the bathroom and two for the Kitchen from EB. We've had them for over 6 months now and have not had a single problem with mildew, and the blind fitted perfectly.
