I have used English Blinds before so there was no hesitation in using them again. The ordering procedure was easy to use as both blinds ordered are of precise size and quality. Ordered fabric samples, a great range to choose from. I then brought made-to-measure Gala Hessian blinds. They look so smart and the colour tone is natural! Very easy to order and measure because of excellent instruction from the company website, despite my being challenged in that department! Easy to install. Very smooth movement and an exact fit. Would never try to cut my own blinds again, great service.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. The price was best - especially with their summer discount code. The blinds (approx. £300 worth in total) I received were absolutely top quality. I had a problem with my order and the after-sales/customer service was nothing short of superb from start to finish. I'd like to mention in particular, Gemma at English Blinds, she was brilliant.
