What a fantastic company! I actually ordered curtains with blackout linings, they arrived yesterday and are fabulous. Everything was so easy to do on the website, sizes, headings and lining. They only took 2 weeks to arrive, we're packaged beautifully and when hung had no creases. Ours was a relatively simple order for two roller blinds, but the measuring and ordering process was easy to follow and complete. Confirmation e-mails with expected timescales were helpful and our blinds arrived in perfect condition three days later. They also fit perfectly and look fabulous so we're very pleased!
