Second blind we have bought excellent service no complaints
I have had blinds from this company before, and I had excellent service then. I recently ordered another which I collected and the gentleman was very helpful and even carried it out to my car. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
The wooden blinds I ordered were of excellent quality and arrived even sooner than initially estimated.
Price was competitive, delivered when promised and the quality was good. The blind looks amazing.
The first thing that was brilliant was you had a wonderful collection of designs, then once ordered a good tracking system to let us know on delivery, and right on cue arrived in the time slot given. First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made. It has made our kitchen look really smart. A lovely product. I will buy from this company again.
Placed an order just prior to Xmas, and was very pleased to receive delivery earlier this week. Excellent quality blind and easy to install. I have 2 more to buy soon.
