I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. The blind received quicker than estimated delivery. This is my fourth blind easy to fit and nicely gives my kitchen a new look. Highly recommended

I was very impressed with the service. They contacted me shortly after I placed my order online just to double-check the dimensions as I needed a very unusual small blind.
