The instructions for getting measurements are well described and the ordering process is straightforward. I was kept fully informed as to the progress of our order which I received on time. Good value and looks to be a quality product - time will tell. Installation instructions were comprehensive and I did not encounter any problems. Took four days to arrive but they are made to order.
