The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. We have just taken delivery of two new blinds which are not yet installed. Two bought previously are very good and certainly make a difference to the temperature of the rooms they are installed in.
