I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. Ordered Monday and delivered Friday, for which I'm grateful. Very well-packed. I also rang the office and was given helpful advice about measuring. The blind for a bathroom is a heavy quality vinyl and there is a little catch to attach to the wall that the drawcord passes through so it doesn't get tangled. Another good thing is that I was sent about 10 samples before buying to help me decide. What I wanted at first would have been totally unsuitable.
