From start to finish ordering a blackout blind from English Blinds was an excellent service. The blind was delivered on time, was a perfect fit, easy to assemble and looks great. So pleased I'm about to order another.

Could not have asked for better service or quality. We were informed of delivery with plenty of notice, arrived quickly and the quality was superb.

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

Good product, looks well and great value for money, much cheaper than the high street.
