I have never used this Company before, BUT I am really impressed. I have a very large kitchen window 92 wide and was advised by my daughter to try English Blinds. The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

Would certainly recommend, pre-ordered swatches to help decide on colours which came quickly, once I decided it was made and delivered within a week. High standard of finish.
