BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. It is always difficult to order something like waterproof shower curtains from a website but they were even better than the website picture and very good quality.
If there is one thing I hate - it's measuring and cutting blinds to fit. English Blinds made it amazingly easy, just enter the measurements, click and send.
We had previously bought a blind from this company. Great blinds. Slight problem with too few screws and raw plugs sent but one phone call and replacements were sent first class post. Easy to fit. These were blackout and thermal roller blinds.
This is the second blind we have bought from English Blinds. It was so quick and easy to order and it was delivered ahead of time. The quality is first class and so easy to fit. As this was a replacement we used the same fitments. I would recommend this company to anyone
