On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost. We bought a PVC waterproof roller blind for the kitchen. I took the measurements of the old one, typed them into the site and got a price. The website is excellent. When it arrived it was the right size, fitting was easy, it glides up and down and is light tight. I'm going to order another one for the door. 5 stars all the way.
