Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I ordered, on separate occasions, two blackout blinds for bedroom windows and am delighted with both. The palette was large, and I was able to select exactly the colour I wanted and when the blinds arrived the colour was true. The quality of each was excellent and the silver chains were strong. Having measured the window frame as advised the fit is perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend English Blinds to anyone looking for a great product at a very good price.

The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.

The blinds are very good quality and delivery is prompt. The array of colour options is vast, so I found using the sample request option online was really helpful. I would recommend this company and use it again myself.
