I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.

As for quality, brilliant! I have previously brought blinds from here before and will continue to do so.
