Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I love my new English Blind. I spotted the design on Facebook and requested a sample, which was free and delivered the next day. On contacting them regarding measurements, they were really helpful and the final blind was delivered in approximately a week. It looks amazing in my kitchen. Thank you!!

The samples we requested were delivered very quickly. When we visited the office, the lady was very helpful in getting more samples. The order process was efficient and the help we received from Gemma was excellent. The blinds were available to collect quickly and we are very happy with the products. They were relatively easy to fit which was good. Overall, very happy.
