The measurements we gave resulted in blinds which fitted exactly. We also chose samples which were a decent size and proved very helpful as patterns and colours are not always the same as shown on the internet. The service was wonderful and we would have no hesitation using English Blinds again.
This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.
The blind arrived within the given timescale and it was installed this morning. It is quite stunning and is of such good quality. I will be measuring up other windows in the house and ordering some more samples this week. I've already been recommending English Blinds to friends. I ordered a blind online and have to say it was a faultless process from start to finish. The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there.
