Although initial delay in getting blinds to us, the quality is fantastic and they look great! Courier damaged one of our blinds, but English Blinds remade and delivered to us within a couple of days! Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

I did require customer support and the guy was a very good communicator and resolved my concerns about the blind. He was supportive and very helpful. All parts of the order, delivery quoted and actual delivery were very well expedited. Blinds are now installed, fitted correctly to the size required and look really good. Extra mid-span brackets required for the large-span item were used as the blind is heavy. Thank you
