With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.

The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there.
