Excellent quality. We were so impressed by the Venetian blinds we bought roller blinds for our French Doors soon after.
The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
