A sample was ordered and it arrived in 24 hours. The customer help line was answered promptly and the member of staff was polite and was able to answer technical questions. The blind was delivered quickly. It is of very good quality and the instructions for installation were easy to follow.

Can't think of areas to improve, was impressed with delivery of samples and the size. Order procedure very straight forward. Love this blind colour, material. Yes, I would definitely recommend you to my friends and the price was excellent as well.

The blinds then arrived within a week of ordering, they were put up in our new bathroom today and they look fantastic. We have sent for swatches to have them in our kitchen.
