I was really impressed with the customer service! I made an error when ordering the wrong colour blinds, but was reassured that all would be corrected, and when they arrived they were perfect! I would definitely recommend them. Good quality craftsmanship which is hard to find these days.
After looking at several websites for made-to-measure wooden blinds and reading their reviews I was starting to wonder if I should risk ordering online. I then came across English Blinds and so glad I did. Easy to order, efficient delivery, great customer service and wonderful blinds that have really changed the look of the room. When I'd decided which pattern I liked best, I then thought, ah, now I've got to get the exact measurement of each window. Not being too sure about this, I thought I'd ring English Blinds, and ask their advice on how to measure properly. They couldn't have been more helpful. They talked me through the whole process, I followed their advice exactly. Within a few days, they were delivered to me.
The ordering process is very easy and measuring up is explained clearly - you can't make a mistake. The blinds are top quality and are very easy to install with the minimum of tools. The latest blinds we ordered were for our caravan and they fit perfectly and transform the rooms. You get emails every step of the way to inform you of the progress of your order and courier delivery. Can't fault English Blinds and would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service, as always. Ordering couldn't be simpler. A complete guide to measuring and a great choice of fabrics and styles. I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Will always use English Blinds because I trust them and they never let me down.
We ordered a blind for our bathroom in Soft Gloss White which we were pleased with, so ordered a further two blinds in the same colour and type for other windows in my home.
