I received a prompt response saying that they would do their best, and the blinds arrived at my home in 2 working days which was great.

These blinds are great. I've bought the faux wood-grained white ones for 3 different rooms now and they look really smart. They are very well made and easy to fix. They take a few days to come as they are made to order, but that's fine and the dimensions are very accurately adhered to. I would highly recommend this genuine quality business.
