Everything was fine and the blind was just the job
Package arrived in pristine condition. Immaculate blind, easy to put up with all accessories included. Looks lovely. Very pleased with my purchase as it was discounted which I am sure was a genuine reduction considering the quality.
Fantastic product, made to our required size and delivered all in the space of a week from ordering. Metal brackets which seem more robust than the standard plastic ones you can get on some blinds. Ordered our second blind last weekend and will definitely be getting the rest of the house from here as well.

Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. What a fantastic company! I actually ordered curtains with blackout linings, they arrived yesterday and are fabulous. Everything was so easy to do on the website, sizes, headings and lining. They only took 2 weeks to arrive, we're packaged beautifully and when hung had no creases.
