I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.
This is the second time we have purchased blinds from English Blinds, and we would have no hesitation in using them again. The whole experience, from ordering samples, through to selecting and measuring our blinds, was excellent. I'm really impressed with the standard of service and quality of the blind I received from English Blinds. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was simple. We fitted our blind on the day we received it and it's beautiful. I love how it has completed the room! Would definitely recommend and we'll be ordering again soon for our next decorating project.
