I have bought two lots of blinds from English blinds. On both occasions they arrived promptly, the measurements were correct so that they fitted perfectly and the material was of good quality. I would recommend. In fact, I have done so to friends.
I recommend English Blinds to everyone, and most of all to those who have non-standard windows because they make them to the millimetre. The price is very good in relation to the quality and well-packed. Well-made product with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. As an unforeseen result, we noticed that some of our Victorian window frames were not quite vertical whereas the blinds were. The blinds still look great, especially as all the windows on that elevation match.
