Good service and blinds of good quality. Took less time than I thought to arrive.
The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
Excitedly I opened the package, but I didn't think I'd be quite so pleased with the blinds as I was. They are fantastic, they fit exactly, the quality is first-rate, and the ease of the mechanism is smooth.
I have bought blinds for the whole house over the last few months and I must say I am totally pleased with the blinds I have received, and the material is excellent. As I have a cat and the hair sticks to normal blinds I have ordered the waterproof design, and they are brilliant. The system is easy to order and they arrive quite quickly and are easy to fit. It is always difficult to order something like waterproof shower curtains from a website but they were even better than the website picture and very good quality.
