I was very pleased with the order procedure, and customer support. All my queries via phone and email were answered quickly and fully and the blinds were delivered on time and as exactly as ordered.
We were looking for a blind to suit our newly refurbished and decorated kitchen and found just the one we wanted online with English Blinds. The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. All in all, it was a great service and the blind is well made and of excellent quality. I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends
