The ordering procedure was very simple. I was emailed when the manufacturing started and when my blind was being shipped and by whom. It arrived exactly on time and I am extremely happy with it. The English Blind Company is excellent, and good value.

Fit well to my measurements. The time to get sent out to me was reasonably accurate to the delivery window. The quality of blinds and gearing is very good and feels robust. Fitting instructions are very well written and laid out, but it is quite obvious without them.
Ordered a waterproof blind to cover the window area in the shower. It was easy to order (guidelines on the website for made-to-measure blinds were good) and it looks great in the bathroom.

UK mainland delivery is free on orders over £179. Otherwise, it is just £7.95 per order, regardless of how many blinds you buy.
