I have never used this Company before, BUT I am really impressed. I have a very large kitchen window 92 wide and was advised by my daughter to try English Blinds. I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.
