Good communication from English Blinds regarding the order, production and delivery. Order was slightly slower than normal but this was during the lockdown and was advised of this before ordering so was to be expected. The blinds arrived and look lovely, would definitely recommend and order again.

Outstanding service, we've ordered three custom-made blinds so far, all have arrived in the stated time and were the right size and came with the right fittings. The quality is very nice too, with a lovely smooth action. Being able to customize the size, and the side of the controls makes it perfect. And they're not even expensive!

I have always cut down standard-size blinds in the past, but the blind we purchased from English Blinds was just so much easier to fit and very good quality. I was concerned about just giving window dimensions online and whether it would be the right size, but they really know what they are doing and the tolerances for fitting were perfect. I ordered from English Blinds as they offer a made to measure service and I had been having problems finding one the right size. I was certainly not disappointed!! The blind is beautiful, was easy to put up and arrived quicker than I had expected. I would definitely order from them again as they offer such excellent quality.
