This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.
I was happy with the delivery time for my order for two blinds. The blinds were well packaged. Only one has been installed to date, but the process was quick and I am very satisfied with the result.
The custom-made blind I ordered arrived very quickly and the company kept me very well informed about progress. The quality is very good and looks great. I'd envisage it lasting a long time. This is the second time I've ordered from this company and they've been great on both occasions.
