Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.

From ordering online to delivery, the service was excellent and I was kept up to date the whole time. Well done would definitely recommend them.
