I ordered samples first and chose the colour and pattern that I liked. I then measured and ordered blinds. I was very pleased with the service that was provided. The blinds arrived within a week. I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room!
