First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made. We bought a PVC waterproof roller blind for the kitchen. I took the measurements of the old one, typed them into the site and got a price. The website is excellent. When it arrived it was the right size, fitting was easy, it glides up and down and is light tight. I'm going to order another one for the door. 5 stars all the way.
