I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. I would definitely recommend English blinds. I phoned them to ask about sizes they were very helpful and very easy to talk to. The blind I got is of great quality with all the instructions fixtures and fittings. I have to say when we talked on the phone their manner was excellent.
