Excellent service. The blinds were easy to order on the website. Even though I made a mistake in the ordering, when I contacted the company, the young lady was very efficient and helpful. The blinds were dispatched and were delivered very quickly. The quality of the blinds was excellent and the material and fittings were of high quality. I would highly recommend them. Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
The ordering on the website was very straightforward. We ordered five assorted blinds, all different sizes and all fitted well. The order came on time as stated. I did manage to cut through one of the cords when unpacking but a replacement soon came after contacting English blinds. Good value for money and I would choose them again.

After a 6-month wait for a refund from another company from whom I ordered a blind, I was rather nervous about whom to order from next. I rang English Blinds and felt confident after talking with their representative, so ordered my blinds and couldn't be happier. The print (Cottage Garden) is beautiful and the blinds (roller) are well constructed. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery time was also within what was stated when ordering. Obviously a more professional company than the previous one that I ordered from.
