The instructions for getting measurements are well described and the ordering process is straightforward. I was kept fully informed as to the progress of our order which I received on time. Well made and expertly packaged blinds. They even supplied a couple of spare slats for each blind which wasn't expected but could be handy when my son makes one dirty!
