Nothing to improve really, the blind was as expected, really good quality, easy to fit and arrived within the timescales provided. Delivery notification was received and completed as stated.
With our kitchen blinds I had made a typo on one of the window blinds resulting in the blind being too wide. I spoke to EB and they immediately offered to reduce the width free of charge. An excellent service.

Found the ordering procedure very straightforward. I chose to use English Blinds because I found they have a much wider choice of fabric designs than other companies. I had a design in my mind but couldn't find anything near it until I searched English Blinds. My made-to-measure blinds arrived very promptly. The brackets were easy to put up.
