Excellent service. The blinds were easy to order on the website. Even though I made a mistake in the ordering, when I contacted the company, the young lady was very efficient and helpful. The blinds were dispatched and were delivered very quickly. The quality of the blinds was excellent and the material and fittings were of high quality. I would highly recommend them. Used English Blinds a number of times now for roller blinds, Venetian blinds and Roman blinds. All have been top quality and good value for money. Customer service has always been good, and delivery is quick considering they are made to measure items.

Due to the size of our windows, we could not buy standard-size wooden blinds so had to get them made to measure. I have to admit I was a little sceptical ordering them online, but we have fitted them today and my husband and I are so pleased with them. English blinds offer larger sizes than most and in addition to the quality, delivery and customer service online contact was also great.
