Bought one pair of made-to-measure black wooden blinds. The delivery was swift and the communication was second to none. The blinds arrived in perfect condition, fit exactly to the window and came with easy-to-understand instructions on how to erect them. I can't fault the service. I have just ordered our second Venetian blind and a roller blind and very satisfied.
Samples were sent promptly and further samples were sent when requested without fuss. The waterproof blind works well, covering a window by a shower. We are pleased that the blind looks really good and does as the website states. We would use English Blinds again and recommend them.
