Well-designed blinds with very clear instructions. I liked the fact that the chrome string was in one piece and not split like it sometimes is. Delivery and communication were spot on.

Absolutely love my new made-to-measure blinds. They arrived well-packaged, the instructions were clear and the online tracking was good - helpful too. Due to Covid it took some time to receive my first order however I was very happy with the quality and service. On the second order, I mistakenly ordered the incorrect wall fittings, when I contacted English Blinds they immediately dispatched the correct fittings at no cost.
