Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. 5 stars. The ordering was easy, the blind (roller blackout) looks to be well made and the material is thick. I had ordered a free sample. On the day of delivery, I received 2 texts and it arrived promptly. So I shall order another from them again.
