I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. All fittings and fixtures were included with blind and was easy to put up. I am absolutely thrilled with my blind and is perfect for my room. Excellent looking blind. The fit is exact. Very good mechanism and materials. Extra support clips are included for either top or face-hung fitting and a spare slat is provided! Delivery splendid. Will certainly recommend them to others.
