Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. The measurements we gave resulted in blinds which fitted exactly. We also chose samples which were a decent size and proved very helpful as patterns and colours are not always the same as shown on the internet. The service was wonderful and we would have no hesitation using English Blinds again.
